Hyland Software Switzerland GmbH (HSSG) was established in August 1999 and Hyland Software Germany GmbH (HSGG) was established in February 2008 and are subsidiary companies of the US based Hyland Software Inc. (HSI). HSSG provides services related to the selling, implementation and support of OnBase software - the product created by HSI and AnyDoc Software for over 80 customers. HSGG provides services only related to sales of OnBase Software and AnyDoc Software for over 90 customers.
Quality is an integral part of our business operations, and we strongly value our customers. We are proud to retain 97% of our customer base, which is a major motivation in our business approach. We constantly strive to deliver services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System to provide us with a framework for measuring and improving our performance. The Quality Management System has been built around the requirements stated in the International Standard ISO 9001:2008, with the exception of the permissible exclusions made to clauses 7.3, 7.5.3 and 7.6. As part of our Quality Management System we have established quality objectives which are reviewed on an annual basis during our internal audits and management review of the QMS.
HSSG and HSGG recognise that quality is important throughout all organisational levels and departments. Our employees are passionately dedicated to the success of the company and are vigilant in pursuing constant improvement through constructive feedback. Although our executive management team has ultimate responsibility for quality, all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities making quality an integral part of company culture and practice.
All employees of HSSG and HSGG have been provided training and guidance on this Quality Policy and associated QMS, and will be required to acknowledge this as part of company policy.
