Hyland Software Switzerland GmbH (HSSG) was established in August 1999 and Hyland
Software Germany GmbH (HSGG) was established in February 2008 and are subsidiary
companies of the US based Hyland Software Inc. (HSI). HSSG provides services related to
the selling, implementation and support of OnBase software - the product created by HSI
and AnyDoc Software for over 80 customers. HSGG provides services only related to sales of
OnBase Software and AnyDoc Software for over 90 customers.

established a Quality Management System to provide us with a framework for measuring
and improving our performance. The Quality Management System has been built around the
requirements stated in the International Standard ISO 9001:2008, with the exception of the
permissible exclusions made to clauses 7.3, 7.5.3 and 7.6. As part of our Quality Management
System we have established quality objectives which are reviewed on an annual basis during
our internal audits and management review of the QMS.
