Quality Management

Hyland Software UK, Ltd. (HSUK) was established in September of 2012, and is a subsidiary of the US based holding company Hyland Software Inc. (HSI). HSUK provides services related to the selling, implementation and support of OnBase software - the product created by HSI. The office at Northumberland House on Great Portland Street, London is the EMEA headquarters, with UK employees using the office as their base work location.

Quality is an integral part of our business operations, and we strongly value our customers. We are proud to retain 98.4% of our customer base, which is a major motivation in our business approach. We constantly strive to deliver services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System to provide us with a framework for measuring and improving our performance. The Quality Management System has been built around the requirements stated in the international standard 9001:2008.

As part of our Quality Management System we have established quality objectives which are reviewed on an annual basis during our internal audits and management review of the QMS.

HSUK recognises that quality is important throughout all organisational levels and departments. Our employees are passionately dedicated to the success of the company and are vigilant in pursuing constant improvement through constructive feedback. Although our executive management team has ultimate responsibility for quality all employees have a responsibility in their own areas of work, making quality an integral part of company culture and practice.

All employees of Hyland Software UK, Ltd. have been provided training on this Quality Policy and associated QMS, and will be required to acknowledge this as part of company policy.
