Eugene Chng Joins OnBase by Hyland to Lead Asia-Pacific Sales Initiatives

Technology sales veteran to lead and execute Hyland’s strategic sales plans to gain market share in APAC

Sydney – [11 September 2014] – OnBase by Hyland, a recognised leader in the enterprise content management (ECM) industry, has added Eugene Chng as its Director of Sales in Asia-Pacific. Bringing more than 30 years’ experience in the IT industry with him, Chng will help the ECM software vendor identify and incubate new initiatives in the region and advocate product, localisation, support and pricing.

Most recently, Chng was the vice president of information intelligence group, Asia-Pacific Japan at EMC, where he built and developed high-performance teams with strategic go-to-market sales strategies across the region. Prior to joining EMC, Chng held various senior leadership positions at multi-national IT companies including IBM, NCR, Avaya and PeopleSoft.

Chng earned an MBA from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from National University of Singapore.
