CLEVELAND – October 30, 2012 – Hyland Software, a recognized leader in the enterprise content management (ECM) industry, announced today the promotion of Ed McQuiston to its executive team as the vice president of global sales. McQuiston’s 16 years of experience in ECM and advanced capture, as well as his extensive knowledge of industries Hyland serves, will help the company increase sales worldwide.

Ed joined Hyland Software in 2001 as the director of healthcare solutions, where he built the practice into the largest vertical market for Hyland. He returned to Hyland in 2011 to lead the strategic alliance team, thoughtfully guiding Hyland’s relationships with key partners including HP, Microsoft and Lawson. In 2012, he took on the additional responsibility of leading Hyland’s Insurance sales team, growing revenue by more than 20 percent.
Prior to coming back to Hyland in 2011, Ed was the vice president of sales for KeyMark Inc., where he was responsible for leading the sales team and achieved year-over-year growth. Before that he held several leadership positions at AnyDoc Software.
