North Ridgeville Middle School students are getting a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at their favorite computer games by learning about the coding and programming through the "Hour of Code" initiative. The Hour of Code is spearheaded by the nonprofit organization Code, which helps educate kids about evolutionary technology. Throughout the day Hyland employees visited different classrooms to help teach sixth, seventh and eighth graders about coding and career paths they can take with computer science degrees. Caitlin explained the growing need nationwide for computer science engineers and developers, and highlighted our ongoing recruiting efforts.
