Smart Business catches up with Bill Priemer to discuss Hyland, creator of OnBase's global sales initiatives and how the enterprise content management (ECM) vendor continues overcome tough sales atmospheres in international markets, such as Japan. Working through the hardships and partnering with a local reseller helped build Hyland's international brand and sales success.  Bill explains that “there’s a lot that goes into projecting business growth,” however he points out that “the key is to sort out the noise and get to the core.”
