Putting the clocks right

HPI has been providing private car buyers, car dealers, finance houses and the insurance industry with key information about vehicles registered in the UK since 1938. Its collection of vehicle information enables anyone to check whether a vehicle has been stolen, written off or still has money owed to a finance company. HPI was looking to replace its existing ECM solution because of unsatisfactory service and selected OnBase due to its easy integrations and out-of-the-box implementation. Since implementation, OnBase has helped HPI double productivity for document processing and saved 780 hours of manual processing per year.
