Although Alliant was already taking advantage of the OnBase enterprise information platform, the credit union realized there was more that could be done with it.
To move beyond simply storing documents digitally, Alliant utilized OnBase to create a fraud case management solution. The application allows the credit union to:
- Eliminate the need to cross-reference multiple spreadsheets, saving fraud investigators several hours a day
- Allow fraud investigators to easily log, access and interact with all data involved in an investigation
- Dive deeper into cases with reporting and analytics
