The delivery of content services in the digital age: a readiness study in a new technology landscape
In 2017 we surveyed our customers about their current technology practices, observations and concerns, and future plans for three areas key to transformative innovation and content services delivery:
Participants in the series included individuals from Hyland customer organizations in multiple industries who partook in events over the past two years including TechQuest and CommunityLIVE conferences. Participants were encouraged to share the surveys with invested stakeholders in their organizations as well.
This whitepaper is the result of analysis from those responses, current information management and content services trajectories, and insight from industry leaders.
