OnBase allows you to take a case management approach to solving a business problem. What we mean by that is we allow a knowledge worker to be at the center of the relationship. We not only capture all of the documents and manage some of the processes around that but we really allow you to organize and structure the data that surrounds that. It could be anything from contact Information, notes correspondence, interactions, decisions, just everything that surrounds the thought process and the decision-making process.
OnBase has always allowed organizations to take a case management approach to solving business problems. The core components that we call case management today have been in the solution for well over a decade, and we have hundreds of customers that use this in a production environment. Those customers have been able to deploy an initial solution and then continue to grow and evolve that solution as we've built out more product features and things into the overall product solution set.
