The way that we empower an organization's knowledge workers is by providing them with a 360 degree view of the case and that's not just documents anymore. That is documents as well as data, so we're getting into the realm of managing your information as well as your documents to provide that worker with a complete view or a complete record of that case, which empowers them to make more informed decisions and affect the outcome of their cases.
Sometimes cases are not as cut-and-dry. It's not just the same person that opens that case, driving that to resolution. Perhaps there's an escalation and a caseworker needs to collaborate with a manager or appear in another department, so we can facilitate that type of collaboration and communication directly from the case itself.
